What is My Dosha?

In Ayurveda, there are three body types or doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This dosha questionnaire will identify your predominate constitution to support your meal and self care plans.

​​Remember, this is just a starting point. Typically all three doshas are present in our bodies at any given time to varying degrees, and their imbalance can be a result of the wrong diet, seasonal changes and lifestyle choices.
