Yes! You’ll have access to a private support group where you can connect with other participants and ask questions. Plus, we’ll have live Q&A sessions to guide you through the program.

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. The S.T.R.O.N.G. Method™ is not about dieting or restriction. You’ll learn how to eat balanced, nourishing meals that restore metabolism and fit into real life.

Is this a group program or self-paced?

You can start anytime at your own pace. A few times each year, I also run live “cohort” rounds where we move through the six pillars together for extra accountability and support.

What happens if I fall behind?

Don’t worry! The program is designed to be flexible. If you fall behind, you can go at your own pace. It's the principles that you will want to take with you, moving forward, to implement as you are able.

I’m not very fit — will I be able to do the movement part?

 

Yes. The program is designed to meet you where you are. You’ll start with gentle strength and flexibility practices that you can adapt to your own level, and build up at your own pace.

What kind of support will I get?

You’ll be invited into our community space where you can share your wins, ask questions, and connect with other women. During live cohorts, I also host group Q&A sessions.
