Do I need to follow a strict diet or count calories?

No. My approach focuses on balanced nutrition, whole foods, and sustainable habits, not restriction.
You’ll learn how to eat in a way that supports your body type and energy needs — without dieting or deprivation.

 

What if I am gluten free? dairy free? vegan? Can I still follow this plan? Yes! Flexible substitutions are provided so you can adapt the meals to your preferences and needs.

I’m not very tech-savvy — will I be able to access everything easily?

Yes! Once you register, you’ll receive a login link to your private online program space.
You can view materials from your phone, tablet, or computer — everything is clearly laid out and easy to follow.

Do I need to be local to join?
