And here’s the fascinating part: research suggests many of us simply aren’t getting the nourishment we think we are. A Mayo Clinic study found that only about one in ten adults meets the recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables. That doesn’t mean you personally aren’t getting enough; it simply highlights a pattern in modern living where full schedules and constant demands make it easy to fall short on the nutrients that support energy, metabolism, and digestion.
