Why These Cinnamon Rolls Are Ayurveda-Friendly

Vata-Balancing: The natural sweetness of dates and the grounding qualities of oats and almond flour help calm Vata's dry, airy nature. Adding warming spices like cinnamon and cardamom enhances digestion.

🔥 Pitta-Friendly: While cinnamon is warming, the use of coconut oil and almond flour helps cool excess heat, making this a good treat for Pittas in moderation. If you're highly Pitta, you can swap cinnamon for a pinch of fennel.

🌍 Kapha-Pacifying: Since Kaphas can be prone to sluggish digestion, adding extra cinnamon and a touch of ginger powder makes these even better for metabolism. You can also reduce the number of dates for a lighter version.
